Shopping
at cherriflip is easy! Simply click
on the 'i want it' button next to each item and it will be
added to your cherriflip shopping basket!
To view the items in your basket, select the 'view cart' option
on the top of each page. From your basket you can change quantities,
add, and remove items. Once you are ready to make your purchase,
select 'checkout' from the top of any page, or simply continue
the purchase process while you are on the shopping basket page.
Purchase
Policy
- Due
to hygienic concerns, cherriflip
cosmetics are non refundable.
We do have samples available.
(Please review our sample policy below.)
- Cherriflip
accepts VISA, Mastercard, and AMEX (amex is currently only
available for canadian purchases). You
may also use Paypal.
- Orders
will be processed once payment has been received.
- Should
you wish to cancel an order, a cancellation fee of $3.00 will
apply.
Shipping
& Handling
- Current
turnaround time for all orders is 4-6 days. You will be
notified by email once your order has been shipped. Turnaround
time will increase during sales or promotions.
- Shipping
is calculated in real time using Canada Post. You will see the
shipping options and prices available during checkout. You can
select your delivery date, and corresponding shipping price. Please
note that the cheapest shipping price is regular AIR MAIL and
does not include parcel tracking.
- Cherriflip
is
not responsible for any custom duties, brokerage fees, taxes,
and/or tariffs that may be applied with your local laws.
- Cherriflip
reserves the right to change the shipping method at any time,
and will clearly post changes, should they occur.
- Orders
consisting of Samples only will be shipped regular post (untracked).
Sample
Policy

Samples are free with every order to a maximium of 3 samples per
order. Please submit your samples in the comments box at checkout
or feel free to email us anytime with requests. We'd love to hear
from you!
Lost
Packages
We at
Cherriflip love to get packages in the mail and understand how agonizing
the wait can be which is why we added the new Express Post Shipping
option. With Express Post your parcels will arrive super quick.
Packages
will not be considered lost until 20 business days after shipping.
Colour
Accuracy
Cherriflip's
colour swatches are displayed as accurately as possible. They may
vary according to your monitor settings. If you have any questions
about our colours, please email customerservice@cherriflip.com.

International/Overseas

Cherriflip
is happy to announce we are once again shipping overseas using Canada
Post's Real Time shipping calculator. Your shipping rate options
will be presented to you during checkout based on your parcel weight
and destination. We are thrilled to be able to ship to our overseas
friends once again.
We
strongly encourage all of our International customers to ship via
EXPRESS. Choosing the ground shipping option, though it may
be cheaper, can result in your parcel taking MONTHS to reach you.
Please be advised that if this method is selected, your parcel may
be in transit anywhere from 1-4+ months

off shipping over $80cad/usd. Cherriflip is happy to cover 25%
of international shipping costs for purchases over $80.00. Your
shipping discount will be re-imbursed via your original payment
method.

Cherriflip
will not be held liable for any allergic reactions or medical conditions
from our products. We make our products with fresh quality ingredients,
but skin sensitivity varies from person to person and a reaction
may occur. Please read our ingredient labels carefully before use.
If irritation does occur, please discontinue use immediately and
contact your physician. Do not use any scented product on your face.

does not sell or share ANY information provided by our customers.
